CRETA PALACE, CRETE, GREECE
During winter 07/08, Scape Design Associates together with architects WATG where commissioned to provide designs for the refurbishment of Grecotel’s first resort hotel in Crete built in the 1970’s
Phase 1, completed in May 08 included the creation of a new dining courtyard, as spill out from the refurbished main resort restaurant; a relaxation space for the newly created spa facility and intimate an dining space in association with a new speciality restaurant.
Phase 2, commencing work Oct 2008 will include redevelopment of the guest arrival sequence and Porte Cochere, a stunning new contemporary resort pool as well as new family fun pools connected to guest villages located within the existing resort landscape.
